The country in general is progressing (albeit slowly) month on month, but I would say that the increasing amount of kilometres of motorway being built is the biggest change. There used to be barely any motorways inside the country, but that has now changed. These infrastructure projects help in so many ways especially with commerce and population movement.

Yes and I guess despite the toll on the landscape this needs to be done in order to compete within the balkans and to offer tourism and commerce.
